Luminare Event manages corporate functions at Luminare Hall in Damansara Perdana and at panel hotels and halls across Klang Valley. One appointed lead coordinates the venue, catering, AV vendors and on-site crew, with a written scope before you confirm.

Every format below has been delivered at Luminare Hall or a panel venue. Tell us the format and attendance, and we will propose the right space and setup.
Luminare Hall: four spaces, one address, parking for 1,860 cars.
An air-conditioned main hall with holding and makeup rooms, a glass-box sanctuary, a covered yard and an outdoor tree area. Panel hotels and halls are available when your event calls for another location.
Capacity by setup
Capacities shown on each card are for the space on its own, as listed for Luminare Hall. Seated, theatre and cocktail arrangements change the practical number, and larger events combine spaces:
- Up to 300 attendees: one space (Main Hall, Sanctuary or Garden).
- 400–700 attendees: Main Hall + Yard, Sanctuary + Garden, or Sanctuary + Yard.
- 800 attendees and above: all four spaces together.

One appointed event lead controls operational decisions through a single communication channel. Suppliers receive the same final run sheet, changes are time-stamped, and urgent issues follow a clear escalation path.
